Commission policies and procedures:
- Payment – I always require a part of the payment in advance before I start, and full payment before I send the final high-resolution files. In some cases, I may require payment in 3 parts (before I start on the drafts, before coloring, and before sending the final files.)
- Revisions – Major revisions are allowed during the rough sketch phase. Once that is approved and I submit the colored draft, only minor revisions are allowed such as color tweaks. For any major revisions beyond the rough sketch phase, extra fees may be charged accordingly.
Payment Methods:
- For international clients I accept payments through paypal (currency is US dollars only—don’t worry, Paypal offers currency conversion).
- For clients in the Philippines, bank deposit preferably
